Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a platform, or otherwise using RepDex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. RepDex is a reputation index for trading card game (TCG) buyers, sellers, and traders. We do not buy, sell, or broker trades ourselves.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use RepDex. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Profiles must represent a real person or entity involved in TCG trading. Impersonation, duplicate accounts created to manipulate reputation, and accounts with misleading usernames are prohibited.

RepDex allows traders to leave post-transaction reviews. Reviews must be based on actual trades or transactions. You may not submit false, defamatory, harassing, or retaliatory reviews, and you may not coordinate with others to inflate or deflate someone's score.

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these rules, hide them pending moderation, or suspend accounts involved in review manipulation. Users may flag reviews they believe violate policy.

You may connect third-party accounts (such as eBay, Reddit, or Discord) through OAuth. You control which connected data is published on your score card. RepDex only imports data that you explicitly authorize, and you can disconnect an account or change its visibility at any time.

You represent that you have the right to connect any account you link to RepDex. Do not connect accounts you do not own or control.

You may not use RepDex to:

• Harass, threaten, or dox other users.
• Post illegal content or engage in fraud.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, reviews, or platform metrics.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal use.
• Impersonate another person or platform account.

RepDex scores and reviews are informational and reflect aggregated data and user feedback. They are not a guarantee of future behavior, creditworthiness, or transaction outcome. Always exercise your own judgment when trading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepDex is not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from trades, transactions, or reliance on any score or review displayed on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for conduct that harms the community. We may also update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
